Advocacy: Publishing articles, manuals, books, and a bimonthly journal; providing technical assistance and training; assisting legal advocates who represent poor children; conducting legislative advocacy.
Resource: For private attorneys, legal services programs, social service organizations, community groups, health care professionals, teachers, and otehrs representing poor youth on a pro bono basis.
Legal Representation: Serves as a co-counsel in cases affecting a large number of children and families
