Case Management: Provides direct care to foster youth ages 11-18 in custody of the child welfare system and in kinship families.
Coordinated Service Collaborations: Collaborates with foster, kinship, and adoptive parents to provide safe homes for youth; through Forging the Links, established and continues to sustain collaborations among providers to ensure a coordinated continuum of services.
Educational Advocacy and Transition Planning and Support to age 25.
