To link responsible, caring volunteer adult community members with youth through mentoring programs to offer support, friendship, and the motivation to help the youth get ahead in school and overcome personal and social barriers to success.

One-to-one Mentoring for Youth in Care: Mentors are matched with youth living in group homes. Mentors and students meet a minimum of twice per month. Mentors provide academic guidance, career advice, and emotional support.
One-to-one Mentoring for Emancipated Youth: Mentors are matched with emancipated foster youth participating in a job development program. With their mentors, students set goals, explore career options, share life experiences, and enjoy recreational activities.
