Home at Last Project Surveys:
Foster Youth & the Court System
| |
Home at Last, a national project based in Monterey Park, California, is gathering information for a white paper regarding youth participation in their own court proceedings. To that end, they are conducting a survey for youth and adults regarding contact that youth have with the court system while in foster care.
The survey for adults (judges, attorneys, CASAs, GALs, lay advocates, etc.) as well as the survey for current and former foster youth (ages 18 and older) can be completed online or can be faxed. The online links and other information are printed in the following letters. Click here for the cover letter for youth, and click here for the Youth Survey. Click here for the cover letter for adults, and click here for the Adult Survey.
Please note that the surveys, which take about 15 minutes to complete, are due by January 16, 2006. If you have questions, contact Tammy Dolen at 323-980-1585 or via email at dolent@fostercarehomeatlast.org.
